- Opportunity to work with and lead a team of analysts to drive the strategy of a global leader in delivery space through pricing analytics and financial analysis.

Our client is one of the market leaders in the delivery space with a global working dynamic who are looking to hire a dynamic and driven person to create and formulate new insights through analytics as well as having the capability to lead and mentor people to drive the project.

Description :

- Leading and driving a team of analysts

- Manage, create, evaluate, and support recommendations for the Global Pricing organization

- Provide information and recommendations for the company's strategic decision making through measurement, financial analysis, and modeling

- Responsibility for recommending, creating & implementing tactics, programs, and tools that support global pricing and revenue management strategies

- Analyses and forecasts business needs support operational planning and execution while driving enterprise volume and yields in support of the global pricing and revenue management vision

- Multiple stakeholder management and a major focus on dashboarding and reporting for them

Profile

- 10-12 years of total experience with an extensive background within pricing analytics

- Analytical & logical mindset, ability to work with large data, develop advanced reports, dashboards and visualization to drive data-driven business decisions, highly experience in identifying and presenting business stories with data facts.

- Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.

- Analyze sales, marketing, finance, and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth

- People management (team of 10-12) is extremely critical

- Strong ability to collaborate with Global stakeholders

- Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing stakeholder

- Efficient short term and long term planner people, projects, communication, other needs

- Advanced negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilities

- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities; highly flexible leader with an agile approach
