The Role :
- Manage, draft and negotiate all forms of Vendor and Subcontractor Agreements globally
- Develop and implement processes for Vendor Agreements
- Create policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation of vendors
- Advise management regarding contractual obligations and interpret terms and conditions of Vendor Agreements
- Nurture relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices
The Person :
- At least four years- experience as a Contracts Manager providing legal advice and negotiating Vendor Agreements as the buyer in a software/technology/start-up environment, with an international company
- Strong understanding of contract law and vendor contract requirements and
- Exemplary negotiation skills
- Must be Extremely customer-service oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
