Manager to GM level - Commercial Leasing - IPC Firm
1) Carry out substantive business development work to secure new leads, proposals and pitches to add to the overall leasing deals done by the team.
2) Ensure accurate inputs for finalization of lease agreements and completion of lease documentation for closures and renewals/expansion in respect to the Client's Space requirements.
3) Build a network of Clients and Developers/Landlords/Co-Working Players in order to source options
Client management Skills : Capable of pitching to and working alongside Senior Leadership.
Candidate Profile :
a) Minimum 4 years of Work Experience in a similar organisation and role.
b) Aggressive sales professionals who will be engaged into Commercial/office Space transaction/leasing services.
c) Should have strong exposure of Business Development and Experience in closing deals. 2-5 yrs of real estate experience is must.
d) Should have good exposure of handling end-to-end transaction process.
