About our Client - Our client is a leading private equity firm focusing its investments in emerging market economies. The client adopts a more holistic approach towards its investments, by investing in a variety of companies that are at the forefront of delivering quantifiable beneficial change in the energy, real estate, business and financial services sector. Having established its presence in the Indian market, for almost close to a decade, the client is looking to hire a Manager, Funds Administration to support its finance function.

Job Description - Reporting to the Senior Manager, Funds Administration, the incumbent will be responsible for:

- Ensuring proper and timely book keeping of regional fund's books for all investor and investment related transactions.

- Providing active support to the deal teams during new investment and investment exit, including preparing various ad-hoc reports.

- Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of quarterly investor reports and fund financial statements.

- Liaising with SPV administrators for various investment related transactions, and ensuring timely and accurate payments of fund expenses.

The Successful Candidate - You should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant or of a recognized equivalent financial qualification. Knowledge of (PE) Fund Administration function, and prior global work exposure would be desirable. Proficiency in using MS Office, especially Excel, and excellent command over English is essential. In addition to this, the incumbent should be able to bring mid level strength by acting as a mentor to junior staff, and provide support for review to the senior manager. The client is looking for someone who is confident, assertive and a fast learner with the ability to multitask and think “out of the box”.
