We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven individual responsible for managing and cultivating high potential, long-term relationships to secure grants from CSR of Companies, Foundations in India and abroad, as well as HNIs. In this role, the candidate will also be primarily responsible for lead generation and acquisition of new donors. The candidate will be working closely with the senior leadership team.

Responsibilities - 

- Build a strong pipeline of relevant and interested partners to support the organization's mission

- Front end the organization as an effective spokesperson with prospective donor organizations

- Understand, absorb and create compelling and customised proposals

- Own donor acquisition and responsible for meeting the fundraising goals of the organization to support ambitious growth plans

- Support the partner management team in front-ending renewals/upsells with existing partners

- Conceptualize, design and implement fundraising campaigns and events

Requirements - 

- Have at least 6+ years of experience specifically in concept/idea selling, partnerships, business development and fundraising

- Prior/current not-for-profit fundraising experience highly preferred

- Execute fundraising strategies for the organisation for the short term, medium term and long-term through partnerships, HNI- s, domestic and international donors

- Have been directly responsible for revenue targets in a B2B environment

- Manage all aspects of donor relationships including periodic reporting as per donor requirements, donor visits to our work locations, etc.

- Ability to present the mission through strong oral and written communication skills

- Expert Microsoft Office Suite use

- Team player with the aptitude to work with a range of stakeholders, and across functions and also the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Are results oriented and operate with an entrepreneurial mindset; are comfortable working and problem solving under uncertainty

- Have a deep commitment to the organization's vision and values
