Manager - Fund Raising - Solar EPC Firm

Need a fundraising manager to carry out National / International fund raise activities as per following attributes:

- 5-10 years experience

- MBA - Finance - CA/ICWA will be an added advantage but not a must

- Location - Powai, Mumbai

- Should have experience of raising funds with national and international investors, VC, Private Equity companies, renewable energy funds etc.

- Should have experience of dealing with banks to manage loans, credit assessments, fund raise on a short term and long term basis.

- Basic knowledge of structuring to facilitate the transaction will be an added advantage.

- Preparation of Financial Models & Detailed Project Report (DPR), IM

- Dealing with Consultants / Advisors/ Investment bankers / Associate with Company for various fund-raising assignments.

- Corporate Finance activity for mobilizing finance (FB & NFB).

- Dealing with External Credit Rating Agencies.

- Preparation of CMA and proposal for availing WC facilities.

- Researching market conditions and developments.

- Ensuring all the regulatory aspects of a transaction have been considered.

- Undertaking due diligence of firms / projects for investment.
