Implement a growth strategy focusing on High Net Worth Individuals and ensure that CIF's fundraising targets are met through innovative approaches such as High profile events/ campaigns and Face to Face solicitations Fundraising - Responsible for ensuring the income targets from HNWI are met by securing large donations and other income bearing opportunities, targets as per agreement with the Head of Fundraising as part of the fundraising plan. - Budget management including budget forecasting and analysis of the Philanthropy budget within the overall fundraising budget. - Maintain and develop existing relationships with prospects through effective donor relationship management (stewardship) including the writing of compelling proposals, informative and timely updates and reports, phone calls, face to face meetings visits etc. - Ensure that all HNWI prospects have an appropriate relationship with CIF making full use of trustees, the ED and other SMT colleagues as appropriate. - Identify research, plan and engage new HNWI leads, growing the pipeline of new prospects with proper data mining techniques with a view to securing five and six-figure relationships. - Work with corporate fundraising unit and Individual fundraising unit to data-mine HNI donors or work on upgrading to HNI donors - Network with other fundraising verticals for coordinated fundraising across all channels. Marketing &amp; Communications - Lead and develop a narrative and proposals that would attract funding on a range of issues by developing the right products for HNI donors - Develop correspondence of the highest level and create relevant and inspiring collateral for targeting of prospects. - Anchor the process of the concept note and Proposal development in consultation with all stakeholders. - Ensure innovative use of Campaigns, Events, IT and other innovative approaches strengthening CIF's brand in India. - Represent CIF at key external meetings/conferences/receptions, Events etc. Reports and donor Management: - Develop monthly data reports and analysis to track progress towards goals. - Maintain accurately and up to date records on all interactions with HNI using the CIF Tracker and other tools. - Create and support initiatives for donor retention programs such as donor visits, campaigns and events, etc. to promote long-term funding support. - KPIs-Achievement of Target, Cost Income, Donor Satisfaction, Impact Competencies: - Understanding of HNI fundraising context in India. - Track record of developing and implementing strategies. - Excellent networking and interpersonal skills that facilitate strong relationships with a wide range of people, specifically HNI. - Capacity to effectively influence people from a variety of backgrounds and across cultures. - Excellent writing skills, with demonstrable experience of writing high quality applications, proposals, reports or updates. - Experience of creating and delivering compelling and persuasive presentations. - Demonstrable experience of successfully identifying, researching and developing new relationships with HNI prospects and converting them into supporters. - Proven ability to inspire and lead teams. - Flexibility to travel and attend meetings Qualifications : - Graduates/ Postgraduates in Marketing / Fundraising, Social Sciences, Business Administration. - 4 to 6 years experience in Fundraising/ Event management implementing fundraising or marketing strategy to focus on High Net worth individuals with a proven track record.
