Manager - Fund Operations

The Associate will support the management of compliance and operational activities for various funds and co-investment vehicles. This role involves assisting in executing investment and exit transactions, contributing to fund accounting and performance analytics, aiding in setting up fund entities, and supporting the completion of audits and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of fund operations, finance analytics, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investor Onboarding and Servicing:

- Assist in the investor onboarding process, ensuring adherence to KYC and regulatory requirements.

- Support exceptional service delivery to investors, helping address inquiries and requests, and contributing to regular updates.

- Work with the investor relations team to aid fundraising efforts and maintain investor relationships.

2. Deal Execution Support (Investment & Exit):

- Support the execution of investment and exit transactions, following approved guidelines.

- Help in conducting due diligence for potential investment opportunities and assist in responding to investor queries.

- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to facilitate smooth transaction processes.

3. Fund Accounting and Performance Analytics Support:

- Assist in maintaining accurate fund accounting, including the preparation of NAV statements.

- Support portfolio modeling, scenario analysis, and performance analytics for fund reporting.

- Work alongside the team on fundraising strategy development based on performance data.

4. Support in Setting up Fund Entities:

- Aid in the setup of new fund entities and co-investment vehicles.

- Support compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during the entity formation process.

- Coordinate with teams to establish operational processes and systems.

5. Audit and Compliance Support:

- Assist in managing the annual audit process and quarterly compliance activities.

- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of compliance frameworks and procedures.

6. Analytics, Reporting, and MIS Assistance:

- Perform data analytics and support in portfolio modeling and scenario analysis.

- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations on fund performance.
