Forensics Advisory Manager (Advisory Firm)

Responsibilities: 

- Manage/ lead multiple projects and be the point-of-contact for clients. Take complete ownership of project execution, client and people management

- Act as a lead point-of-contact for Investigations projects. Direct and oversee investigations, documentation, case management, reporting, resolutions, detection, investigation, and remediation of security incidents, etc. Investigations may include financial fraud, business functional frauds, corruption, bribery, workplace violence, background screening,

- Responsible for creating, implementing, and leading key fraud risk management programs, Fraud investigations, Due Diligences and discreet background checks for clients information losses, company policy violations, and other criminal or conduct-related acts.

- Forensic Accountants combine accounting knowledge with investigative skill sets in various investigative and litigation support engagements

- Analyze financial and other business records and the preparation of reports

- Prepare forensic accounting reports/presentation from financial findings, prepare analytical data for litigation and testifies as needed

- Lead or support projects related to fraud/ anti-bribery/ corruption risk management etc., including assisting with delivery of workshops

- Provide advice to clients regarding compliance with legislation

- Build high performing team. Hire, train, retain talent.

- Cultivate excellent relationships with internal & external business partners to ensure timely completion of projects maintaining highest standards of quality as well as keeping them positively engaged to strengthen the mutual trust and support

Travel: May require 10 - 20 % of travelling across India for work purpose

Education, Experience & Skills Required:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) having 5+ years of post-qualification in Forensics/ Internal Audit/ Business Advisory

- 5 - 7 years of experience in any Advisory Firm, in Forensics/ Internal Audit/ Business Advisory practice.

- Must have Good understanding of Forensics & Investigation process; Fraud risk management programs, Fraud investigations, Due Diligences and discreet background checks.

- Must have good Client management, networking and relationship management skills

- Ability to independently deal with local, state law enforcement and other government agencies, as well as relationships with vendors and consultants.

- Results-oriented with superior problem-solving skills and ability to effectively manage varied resources to complete a task/project.

- Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

- Exceptional written and oral communication and strong presentation skills

- Smart, mature, self-motivated, go-getter, proactive, committed individual having ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
