Manager - Food Innovation - Hospitality/QSR & Food/Retail Firm (6-10 yrs)
Educational Qualification:
a) Essential: Hotel Management Graduate/ Diploma in food science.
b) Desirable: Postgraduate in Marketing from Tier 1/2 Institute.
Experience:
a) Essential: 6-10 years of relevant experience with Hospitality/QSR & Food and retail industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Launch new products
- Assist in the identification of areas for product development through market research & market feedback
- Develop consumer insights and clear understanding of eating out need states and occasions
- Launch new products after following rigorous testing and research
- Closely work with R&D, SCM and restaurant operation teams
Build a strong innovation pipeline :
- Lead thinking and execution to drive innovation across current and new platforms
- Learn from global successes and adapt for India
- Develop an intimate knowledge of consumer behavior and trends through primary research
- Develop pricing strategy and profitability plans for the KFC brand using product innovation
Lead Projects
- Lead strategic project for the brand from time to time
- Execute against agreed timelines
