Client - A Leading Private Sector Bank The broad job description for the above role is elaborated below: Role definition: - To build and maintain relationships with provident funds, insurance companies and other institutional investors for bond sales/placement. - To update investors about ongoing primary debt issues and to assess investor demand for the primary issue. - To monitor investment patterns of PF trusts and keep track of their regular investments in debt markets. - To coordinate with other internal teams within the Bank for debt origination and distribution. - To provide client feedback to senior dealers and to coordinate for bond prices, investments and market updates. - To cater to the resource mobilization requirements of issuers in North India, track issuance pipeline and update issuers about market conditions and regulations on an ongoing basis. - To track, pitch and seek Lead Manager mandates from issuers of municipal bonds, public bond issues, masala bonds & state guaranteed bonds in North India. Preference would be given to candidates having prior experience in handling similar profiles & having established investor relationships in Delhi region.
