Manager - Fixed Income

Job Description:

Designation: Manager

Experience: 0 to 7 years

Domain Experience/skills: (Looking for candidates who either have fixed income domain knowledge or index computation knowledge/experience. Mutual fund product knowledge is add on)

- Index maintenance: Daily index computation, rebalancing

- Index research: Index criteria review

- Fixed income domain knowledge

- Knowledge of fixed income mutual funds (or AIF, PMS, Insurance) products

- Knowledge on passive investments

- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines governing mutual funds

- Fixed income market understanding - yield levels, key trends, market preference and market structure

- Fluency with bond and index mathematics

- Analytical inclination

- Strong oral, written and presentation skills

Good to Have skills:

- Knowledge of coding languages

Functional Responsibility/Domain Related:

- New Product development: Launch of innovative replicable indices for index funds/ETFs

- Tracking competition and other global practices on passive investments

- Ensuring compliance to regulatory and other best practices

- Preparation of ad-hoc analytical reports for the purpose of senior management and/or for external agencies

- Team management, supervision, and planning (for candidates in 4 to 7 year experience range)
