Manager - Financial Strategy - Logistics & Port - CA (10-15 yrs)
Reporting directly to the CFO and MD, you will be responsible for :
- Understanding the business and participating in key strategies & decision-making to achieve the overall BU & corporate goals
- Monitoring targets, trend analysis and key financial metrics to track progress
- Getting involved in the process of M&A to understand the business / business plan prior to acquisition
- Development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results
- Soliciting and consolidating financial performance and status data from all business units
- Reviewing monthly financial MIS of all business units and take stock of follow up actions agreed at last review call, board directives and milestones required to be achieved to meet the annual budgets
- Monthly Reporting & release of financial timely & error free.
- Preparation of annual budgets, Three year and long term plan, Rolling Forecasts & Estimates.
Candidate's Profile
- You are a qualified CA with 10 - 15 yrs of experience in M&A, FP&A and project implementation
- You have an experience in working with large logistics management environment / multinational operations
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
