A Leading Shared Services Unit in Hyderabad is looking - Manager - Finance Services Designation: Manager Exp: 10 +yrs Location: Hyderabad Shift : 2 to 11pm. CTC: 15 to 17lakhs (Condition applies) Job Description: Would manage a team of 20 member team. Taking care of Internal accounting, AP, AR, Payroll &amp; benefit accounting, international accounting &amp; financial control segment. - With good knowledge of accounting, journal entries, GL reconciliations - maintain and manage the delivery and BAU activities within the TAT and quality (accuracy) - Explore Gaps and tighten the control checks to ensure there is no variances from standard operating procedure - Manage Client and Process independently and with minimum supervision - Responsible for development of human resources including but not limited to yearly performance evaluations. - Lookout for automation opportunities to bring efficiency. Candidate profile :-- - Good knowledge of Accounts Receivable function in general and Cash Application specifically. - Should be able to work with numbers and have knowledge of journal entries - Should have worked on GL Reconciliations and designed templates - Handled transitions. - Working knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage - Have understanding of quality aspects (TAT, Accuracy and Internal control / audit) - Exposure to Six Sigma training preferred - Shift timing: 2-11PM Contact Details: Dipa Rani/ 9556641101
