Manager - Financial Reporting - KPO

Individual will be a contributing member of the Global banking & Markets (GBAM) Finance team. He/ she will drive productivity & accuracy, guide team on various GBAM products, and generate client satisfaction by providing operational excellence for a wide array of financial planning, analysis & accounting related activities.

Responsibilities

Performing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Commentary with Subject Matter Expert knowledge

Complete Finance Packs and also walk through Business/Onshore partners on the same

Manage relationship with Business/Onshore partners

Manage global projects.

Required Skills

CA/ICWA/CS/CFA/MBA Finance ( Tier II/II) from reputed university with 6-8 years of experience

Should be ready to work as an IC if required,

Preferably if managed a team of at least 3-5 team members.

Financial Planning & Analysis and Management Reporting experience is a must

The activity would involve good excel skill

Ability to work in a dynamic environment such as lack of well defined procedures and changing work mix

Ability to independently communicate with senior leaders in the business

Demonstrates a positive attitude while focusing on completing tasks or goals

A good team player

Excellent oral/written communication skills

Excellent time management skills

Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills

SAP ERP knowledge will be given an added preference.

Preferred Knowledge- GBAM Product knowledge
