Job Description :
- Consolidation and finalization of Balance Sheets (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly). Should have handled this independently
- Preparation of quarterly financials.
- Quarterly audit co-ordination with auditors for Limited review purpose of Companies mentioned above.
- Monthly corporate activities of like TDS payment, GST payment, salary disbursement etc.
- Co-ordination with secretarial team for statutory secretarial filing.
- Co-ordination with direct tax team for tax audit and related activities like advance tax computation etc.
- Co-ordinating and sharing data with finance team as and when required.
- Candidate should have knowledge of SAP.
- Handling MIS reporting, analysis, budgeting
