Education Qualification : CA

Total Exp - 5 to 10 years (post CA qualification)

Job Location - Hyderabad

Required Exp / skills

- Candidate should have good experience in Financial Reporting

- Candidate should have good experience in Regulatory Reporting

- Candidate should have good experience in US GAAP

- Candidate should have good experience in preparing audited financial statement

- Candidate should have good experience in preparing monthly investor account statement

- Candidate should have good experience in hedge fund accounting / auditing

- Candidate should have good experience in People Management

- Candidate should have good experience in automation management of Reports and processes

- Candidate should have good experience in IFRS

- Candidate should have good experience in SEC filing / SEC Reporting

- Candidate should have good experience in preparation of Form 10-K or Form 10Q or Form 11K or Form 8K

- Candidate should have good experience in disclosure requirements
