Roles & Responsibilities : - Provide accounting advisory support, including implementation assistance with Ind AS and other international GAAPs - Support a portfolio of engagements, by leading a team of Assistant Managers, Seniors and Associates - Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback to the team - Monitor time and manage deadlines of the assignments - Ability to research technical topics efficiently and effectively - Provide periodic technical trainings to the team members. - Ability to perform in a client facing environment and act as the SPOC for all client related issues - Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach towards assignments - Ability to work independently and with the team and efficiently manage projects according to strict deadlines - Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships effectively
