Role Description: Manager Financial Process Automation- Big 4 Gurgaon

KRAs:

- Lead engagement teams executing WCAS (working capital) which support key decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value

- Demonstrate excellent skills in project execution, including synergy assessment, project management, problem-solving, and facilitation

- Provide insights\observations based upon the WC analytics, benchmarking and leading practices

- Develop ability to pitch for working capital diagnostics and optimization

- Ability to analysis the working capital using existing tool; develop expertize on various metrics and KPI

- Develop expertize on AP, AR and inventory optimization and have clear inroads to deliver on supply chain analytics

- Big data analysis with extensive use of SQL/Access/ VBA

- Analysis of financial data sourced from financial statements and supporting schedules

- Timely delivery on projects

- Ensuring Error free work

- Meaningful role in long-term planning

Desired Profile:

- Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science or related field from a premier institute with 8-10 years of applicable industry and/or consulting experience

- Understanding of M&A life cycle, carve-out / integration of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A

- Should have worked with large data sets in Excel,MS Access and able to formulate queries in MS Access

- Should have working experience on Powerpoint, SQL server or similar database applications

- Should have experience in analyzing financial data sourced from financial statements and supporting schedules and should be able to write observations in reports based on the analysis
