Fyr Homes - Manager - Financial Planning & Analytics

Roles & Responsibilities:

The position supports the Director of Financial Planning and Analytics (FP&A) India. The FP&A group is a dynamic financial and operational resource across the company and reports into the CFO's office. It is responsible for reporting and analyzing operational performance and subsequent financial results, as well as identifying and achieving operational and financial improvements across Pretium's operating and portfolio companies.

Skills & Competencies required:

- Develop and deliver operational recurring reporting for key area of operations

- Analyze current and past trends in KPIs for revenue-enhancing renovations, turns and service costs

- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

- Support development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan

- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies

- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

- Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis

- Prepare presentations for Senior Management Team

Education & relevant experience

- MBA from a premier management institute only, majoring in Finance

- Excellent analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

- Experience with (or desire to learn) data tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI etc. preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work effectively with people across cultures, time zones and geographies

- Proactive and willing to learn and work at grass-root level

- One to three years of work-ex post MBA preferred.
