Knowledge Required : Prior Experience in Planning & Analyst Profiles ; 3 years of Experience in Planning & Analyst background

Skills / Competencies : Good analytical skills and communication skills, proficient in excel, Detail Oriented, Driving ability, Ability to prioritize on a real time basis, Able to function independently and should take initiative in completing tasks. High Ethics and Integrity.

KRA:

- Finalization of Annual Budgeting, LRP & Periodic Forecasting

- Coordination with Circles ensuring Timely submission of Inputs

- Preparation of Detailed Capex Build up along with Circle Wise Analysis Vs PY

- Preparation of Direct NW Cost build up & Analysis.

- Assist in Preparation of Budgeting models for Senior Management Review.

- Detailed Admin Cost Analysis

- Assist in Preparation of Forecast & LRP

- Balance Sheet Build up & Key Business Parameters.

Capex Analysis :

- Replacement Capex-Analysis & Insights

- Monthly Comphrensive Capex Docket mainly highliting Circle Wise category Wise Capex Cost Vs Std Cost.

- Site Wise ROCE & Cap Productivity

Business Partnering :

- Partner with Marketing on evaluation of New Business Initiatives/Pricing

- Partnership with SCM to drive efficiencies on Capex Costs

- Partner with any other function (O&M,SCM etc ) to hekp drive business decisions

Pre & Post Evaluation of all Capex Investments :

- Standardized and comprehensive investment approval rollout for both pre and post evaluation of investments made

- Pre & Post Evaluation of All Energy Initiatives

- Pre & Post Evaluation of Tower Consolidation

Advanced Analytics & Benchmarking :

- Predictive Analysis

- Outward Looking & Advanced Anaysis basis Analyst Expectations

- Relevant Benchmarking within same Sector/Industry

MIS Reporting :

- Preparation of Various MIS Reports:

- Cost Trackers

- Regional Finance Deck

- Monthly CFO & CEO Review Pack

AC & Board Pack Presentation(Quarterly) :

- Preparation of Quarterly pack for AC & Board
