We are currently looking for a Manager Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) & Taxation for one of the topmost Industrial Products and Consumables companies. The position is to be based at Gurgaon.

With a market capitalization of over US $ 20 billion and a turnover of US $ 10 billion, It has a diversified product portfolio of strong brands and leading market shares in all product categories.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

- Lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function. Lead all budgeting, Internal reporting, report creations and enhancement of the reporting initiatives.

- Responsible for all reporting through the IT systems and integration of the reporting requirements within the system.

- Lead all business projects from a Finance perspective. These would include Margin enhancement initiatives, efficiency improvements, cost rationalization, working capital controls, sales support.

- Lead and support the preparations of all Business plans and creation of multiple scenarios for the Business plans.

- Lead the costing function.

- Support all IT projects from a Finance perspective and act as a focal point for all co-ordinations required for the third-party vendors and other internal stake holders.

- Lead the Taxation function - both Direct and Indirect taxes. Lead the filing of all returns, deposits of taxes and ensure all taxation compliances in the Company.

- Manage the Legal and Secretarial role and this would include vetting and drafting all the agreements. Maintaining a repository of all the Agreements and to ensure that the agreements are periodically renewed. Also monitor their entry in the ERP and the requisite control.

- Systems and Process improvements, including interaction with business stake holders and support the creation of Policies, SOPs, Flow Charts, updation of Delegation of Authority and also support documentation and integration of these processes with different IT systems.

- Lead the Audits both Internal and External and co-ordinate with different departments with regards to getting the Audits completed on a timely basis and to ensure the scope is adhered.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce.

- Qualified CA or CMA. Having a CS degree would be a positive.

Work experience :

- 6-8 years of total experience of FP&A and either Taxation function or Internal Audit or Financial closures. Experience in FP&A is a must.
