Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Revenue & Contribution - BFSI (8-20 yrs)

Manager - FP&A Revenue & Contribution Only for 2 years break candidates as on 10th Feb 2021

- Working within with the potential to lead a team of 4-5 resources, setting team objectives & strategies, Development plans supporting growth and performance improvement

- Maintaining robust controls on the reporting process including mandatory review and quality commentary for release to business along with reports.

- Ensuring adherence to the defined reporting calendar.

- Maintaining and coordination of adequate resource backup for key deliverables within the team to ensure business continuity.

- Ensuring proactive change management (including the systems, process and structural changes).

- Managing interactions with cross functional teams incl. Finance Business Partners and Sales enablement, Service Management and Sales.

- Managing ad-hoc task within SM&CRM function.

- Streamlining processes and implementing automations to create efficiency.

- Design effective models for ad-hoc analysis and providing simplified/meaningful reporting.

- Propose improvement initiatives based on analysis provided.

- Communication & Co-ordination with various teams within COLT

- Lead/engage in weekly/Monthly meetings with stakeholders."

Skills :

- People Management - Delegating, Motivating and developing the team.

- Effective communication, presentation and management reporting skills.

- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy within assigned timelines.

- Adaptive and Innovative mindset.

- Readiness to take up challenges and develop new ways of working.

- Ability to work collaboratively within and outside the Team for a common objective.

- Expert knowledge of DBMS, SQL, Code development.

- Good hands on IT tools like MS Excel, Access, PPT, Qlik or other Reporting software.

- Strong analytical / problem solving skills.

Experience :

- Minimum 8 years overall experience. Minimum 3 year of Reporting/Analytics experience in a supervisory role is preferable.
