Job Description:

- Effective Sales organization business support

- Exposure in running MIS for Sales organization independently

- Develop metrics to measure sales team performance and Return on capital employed

- Become a trusted Business partner to CXO- s, sales leaders and other key stakeholders

- Timely and Meaningful insights into the sales performance and cost trending and pipeline tracking

- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, analysis, and operational metrics tracking

- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.

- Identify trends, advise the company and recommend actions to a senior based on sound analysis.

- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.

- Identifying Cost Optimization opportunities, Bench marking Cost

Skills:

- Experience of working directly with CXOs /Sales leaders in Past

- Should be from large IT Listed companies

- Should have worked in central FPA organization and not the BU- s

- Must have strong analytical skills & Soft skills including influencing, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

- Oral & Written communication and Presentation skills

- Crisis management skills

- Experience working with cross functional teams

- Ability to manage cost saving projects

Education:- MBA (Top Tier B School) and CA / CWA
