Company: A US based Consumer Durable Company Position Title: FP&A Manager Exp.: 8-15years(Manufacturing Industry)...must hardcore FP&A exposure for Product Qualification: Professional Degree in finance (CA Preferred) Job Location: Noida Reporting: Finance Director Job Summary / Mission: The incumbent should have experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong fundamentals in Financial Planning, Business Decision Support, Management Reporting, Operating plans and forecasts, SAP (FI CO), having good communication, analytical and presentation skills, and must have strong mindset for accounting, risk management, business process & performance improvement & controls. Principal Activities / Duties / Responsibilities: - Monthly closure of books as per Management Reporting and uploading the results in global reporting tool. - Responsible for coordinating, driving and providing financial vision for Annual Operating Plan (AOP), periodical forecasts and projections. - Responsible for accuracy and of all required forecasting needs (including cash flow) as required. This includes weekly, monthly and end of quarter analysis and bridging. - Responsible for financial analytics necessary to analyze on a rolling basis all key bridge aspects (sequential, year over year, quarter over quarter, and vs. Plan) as required. Quarterly \ analytics include an in depth analysis of all factors effecting the financial performance of the company. - Responsible for preparing and publishing Management Reports and Financial Performance Metrics on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to enable educated and timely decisions to be made upon such data. This includes, but not limited to, working with SC and Group FP&A in tracking and monitoring Groups metrics. - Responsible for reviewing for reasonableness, accuracy of financial support for Capital expenditure requests. - Key contact for complex financial analysis involving the business model / complex business cases and performance of key segments of the business, including adhoc MIS & Analysis as required by the local management, Regional Office & HQ - Key responsibilities over the accuracy of Inventory numbers, ITO analysis, DSO & Collections, Management & Operational KPIs, Sales Commission calculations & reviews and process improvements. - Supports and works closely with the Controlling Team, CRM, Sales & Marketing, Legal and Business Process /Compliance functions for process and performance improvement - As a member of the Finance Dept. required to support various audits and compliances. - Will be responsible as Super User for CO module during SAP implementation project. Will work as core member of SAP implementation project team. - Continuous Review of SAP processes and accounting to identify any key improvement and development needs. - Analysis of various costs in the P&L chain and suggesting areas of costs saves. - Reconciliation between US GAAP Financials & IGAAP Financials at each reporting period. - Closure of books as per US GAAP requirements and help in their audits.
