Roles & Responsibilities :
- Work closely with senior management and leadership team to create reports including P&L, capital, returns and fees, actual vs. budgeted expenses and changes in expenses.
- Handle P&L and expenses related provisional requests from various stakeholders.
- Ensure daily firm-wide P&L, monthly expense allocation, year-end activities, audit processes are accurate and delivered in time.
- Understand and analyze changes in the firm's businesses and incorporate these changes into management reports.
- Provide guidance to technology team in creating/ updating reporting and analysis tools, workflow management to improve user experience.
- Provide direction & guidance to team members, review their deliverables and provide feedback for improvements.
