Location : Mumbai-Kurla Position : Manager FP&amp;A Qualification : CA Experience : 2-5 Years post Qualification Reporting To : CFO Reportees : N/A Key Role : - Must be good at handling huge volumes of data in excel and must be conversant with SAP. - Scrutiny of claims/ expiries - Generating commercially important value adding reports - Set up of early warning systems/ reports - Must be a good communicator, and should be in a position to explain numbers to the business - Should be able to establish processes and controls in a dynamic business environment - Should have a keen commercial sense and be able to plug revenue leakages on account of faulty application of tax laws, inefficiencies, etc - Budgeting/ forecasting - Great presentation/ analytical skills - Business partnering/ revenue management - Expense analysis - Ability to work on establishment and fine tuning of Working Capital norms, cash flow drivers, etc - Work closely with the FC to interpret numbers in a fashion understandable to business - Monitoring promo spends/ schemes and tracking the effectiveness of the same.
