Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG/Retail/Online (6-8 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare quarterly Board presentation basis input from business / inter departmental team
- Prepare profitability at Regional, Circle, Tier and product level (vs Budget vs Last year) and conduct internal and external benchmarking and propose the corrective actions as required and follow through to ensure complete closure.
- Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Revenue Analysis with key takeaways
- Monthly Analysis past results, perform Variance Analysis, identify trends and make recommendation for improvements
- Prepare various monthly analysis (e.g. Payback Analysis, Costs analysis and tracking of Key KPIs) and discuss with Regional teams for execution
- Responsible for Yearly Planning exercise in co-ordination with in-house business finance and Other support teams
- Evaluate and performance tracking of all business proposals and Offers.
- Prepare Model P&L for all types / formats of stores and continuous updating basis actual market scenarios.
- Benchmark and Implement best practices across QSR Industry and within the organization's all other lines of business.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Qualification CA (Inter) or MBA Finance
- Experience 6 - 8 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A only
- Skills Analytical ability, Command over MS Office (Excel), MS Power point (advance)
- Assertive, maturity to handle functional conflicts and Good communication skills
