Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG/Manufacturing Firm - CA/CMA

1. Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis, to management and key stakeholders on a periodical basis (Monthly / Quarterly etc) within the given timeframe including presentations to Board on financial performance.

2. Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data, analyze performance, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

3. Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, highlighting areas of concern or improvement opportunities.

4. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and cost optimization efforts.

5. Develop, monitor, and enhance financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support the company's short-term and long-term financial planning.

6. Identify process improvement opportunities within the function and implement best practices.

7. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant accounting standards.

Required Skills :

1. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling.

2. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and generate meaningful insights.

3. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.

Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

4. Knowledge of Indian GAAP and financial regulations.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
