Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG/FMCD

JOB TITLE : MANAGER - FP&A

JOB SUMMARY :

Responsible for managing the planning & forecasting processes, which includes preparation of detailed P&L, Cash flow, Balance sheet and presentation of forecast results. The role involves combining the usage of technology and advanced analytics to create easily usable forecasts for the Commercial Organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS :

a. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams to prepare Rolling forecast.

b. Preparing Actual Vs Forecast variance analysis with detailed reasons

c. Updating management reporting database and performing analytics to provide qualitative financial insights

d. Managing reporting and analysis process including periodic reporting, periodic forecast analysis, and review deck preparation

e. Refreshing Benchmarking reports to understand performance of category and competition

f. Developing monthly presentations to communicate business results and insights

g. Monitoring budgets for OPEX through tight control on spends

h. Providing insightful analysis of business results to senior management and performing any ad-hoc analysis that may lead to problem solving and any business improving recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS :

- MBA / PGDM Finance/ ICWA / CA with 2 - 5 years of experience in FP&A
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

- Good to Advanced- Excel & MS power point knowledge

- Good to Excellent- Financial Modelling skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Preferable to have working experience of reporting tools like - Hyperion, TM1 (perspective), Hubble, Power BI and MS access
