Manager Financial Planning & Analysis

- Preparing MIS, Managing Plant Accounting, Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting of the unit.

- Submitting MIS reports to the top management to facilitate decision making process related to profitability, cost of production, Actual Vs Budget analysis and AOP reports.

- Submission of accurate Quarterly, Half yearly, Annual Financials, Annual Budget and other reports.

- Completion of audits as per schedule.

- Monitoring and reporting of financial performance of the unit inclusive of Balance Sheet, COGS / COMS report, Yield Report, D&A report.

- Providing timely and accurate analysis of Budgets & Financial reports to the senior management.

- Proper reporting system over Power & Fuel / Repair & Maintenance Expenses and C&C Expenses.

- Reporting on Internal Financial Control for better fraud risk Management.

- Prepare and consolidate analysis of financial results Actual vs Forecast vs. budget.

- Developing and preparing Reports, Dashboards & Business plans, and presentations.

- To liaison with units on feedback on MIS and ratios and financial analysis.

- Monitor monthly performance vs Budget and give analysis to the management.

- Manage Inventory levels, and investments in capex, debtors, and collection / aging.

- Support CFO with guidance and standard formats and procedures.

- Ensure compliance of the region across financial policies as well as internal control standards.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA in Finance with 6-10 Years of Experience in FPNA & Strong understanding of Accounts / Finance / Commercial function.

2. Should have good analytical skills financial and non-financial and should have abilities to put together explanatory notes for the management on the above.

3. Should be good in Computer skills such as MS office especially in Power point presentation skills.

4. Should have good co-ordination and communication abilities.

5. Work on improvement of IT systems and manual processes relating to Accounts, Costing, MIS, and Budget.
