Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG

Executive Hiring is looking for a Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis for a Large MNC FMCG, either be based at Bangalore or Gurgaon. Our Client is flexible to these Cities.

An MBA in Finance or a CA with 8-10 years of Post Qul. experience in Accounts / Finance of which at least 4 years in the areas of FP&A in a Large FMCG / Pharma / Telecom, exposure to USGAAP / SOX, will fit the bill.

The Brief of the role -

- Conceptualizing and developing financial plans for new initiatives, business operations, commercial functions etc. to enable achievement of objectives as per organisational goals.

- Analyzing & evaluating business performance from the financial/operations point of view and key business metrics to facilitate financial control in line with corporate financial objectives.

- Conceptualization and preparation of various KPIs and reports and conducting variance analysis to determine variation between projected figures & actual income/ expenditure and taking corrective action.

- Part of Controlling function.

- Leading the KPI achievement objective for India Supply Chain.

- Preparing & Reviewing of MIS Reports - P&L statement, - Analysis of Change-, - Currency Impact-, - Inflation/Deflation-, - Purchase Productivity- etc.

- Formulating budgets, conducting variance analysis to determine variation between budget & actual and taking corrective action.

- Responsible for costing of all products.

- Reviewing and guiding the Operation team in all cost reduction Programs

- Facilitated and co-ordinated with the statutory audit for various analysis and valuation of inventory as per Indian GAAP.
