Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG

About the FP&A Manager - position for a Leading FMCG Client:

You will be responsible for financial planning and analysis ; Working closely with the different cross-functional teams, your portfolio will include driving the internal Financial, operational planning, marketing activity planning and commercial decisions. You will manage financial business processes, investment analysis, budgeting/forecasting as well as operations and costing analysis.

To succeed in this FP&A Manager role, you will need to have strong analytical skills and proven commercial finance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Finance leads on the portfolio's growth and profitability improvement initiatives and decisions, and provide analysis of the Company's performance.

- Drive financial analysis for the entire product Portfolio

- In charge of financial reporting/planning requirements for the monthly and quarterly financial reporting, business plan updates, long-term strategic plans

- Support in pricing, promotion, cost improvement analysis to provide analysis and insight to the business and influence business decision-making

- Financial analysis to facilitate identification of right opportunities and valuations; project assessment, due diligence or execution involvement as required

- Deliver quarterly P&L and financial trends reports

- Support the quarterly investor relations reporting process

Key Requirements:

- Finance/accounting, CA/ MBA or other equivalent financial certification

- 5 to10+ years' experience in FP&A or business support

- Finance and accounting knowledge
