Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FinTech

Our client is a leading Fintech based out of Bangalore.

The key responsibilities would include -

- Analyzing key trends in KPIs including areas of revenue and expenses

- Monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance

- Overseeing and managing development of budgeting, forecasting & operating plans

- Improving performance by evaluating processes & supporting business teams in setting up cost metrics

- Developing financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

- Supporting senior management team and department heads with in-depth financial analysis
