As a Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis, you will support management team with data-driven analysis.

What you will do:

- Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports including P&L, BS, CF, operating and financial metrics

- Implementing a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports

- Developing and continually improving budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast

- Analyzing the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.

- Supporting in implementation of ERP system

- Supporting the compliance team in vetting documents from finance perspective

What you need to have:

Qualifications - CA or M Com

- Experience in Financial Planning and analysis

- Good understanding of KPIs, financial metrics

- Ownership of submitting reports on a regular basis as needed by the stakeholders , knowledge and usage of BI tools and Excel
