Reporting and Analysis : - Ensuring timely and accurate Monthly HFM and AOC reporting - Providing financial and analytical input for driving the GSC IMEA finance performance in line with targets and business plan. Validation of key business information like Volume growth drivers, productivity action plan, Head Count and Worked hour evolution.&nbsp; - Monitoring working capital specially inventory. Monitoring of capital expenditure - Lead and Support the Team for the preparation of the forecast /annual Budget and ensuring reporting - Lead and Support the Team for the preparation of the forecast /annual Budget and ensuring reporting - Maintaining a robust, flexible and accurate driver-based quarterly business review process at GSC IMEA level - Producing monthly management information reports, including monthly Finance Dash Board reports to support the monitoring and management of actual performance - Act as custodian of final reporting process for IMEA Region Stakeholder Management : - Working with the business teams to collate business performance metrics and present them in a user-friendly format for management - Effective relationship management and collaboration with various stakeholders that includes Corporate team, counterparts from other regions, Cluster teams within and Outside India and various business function teams within organization - Effectively understand the key business levers from various stakeholders and develop KPI that directly reflect to business objectives Simplification and Innovation : - Developing continuous improvements to support: a) Identifying key decision points where FP&amp;A can reduce unnecessary, non-value-added work, and enhance collaboration with business partners b) Automate the processes as and when needed - Help identify innovative ways to present and use financial and management information to transform the way in which the Organization monitors and manages its performance. - Actively Contribute to various projects aiming at further transforming the finance function - Leverage, share and implement best practices within region for overall standardization and simplification
