Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - eCommerce

The role works closely with the Finance Head and Biz Excellence head to drive Financial planning and close monitoring of the biz outcomes to ensure delivery of plans

- Preparation & presentation of monthly MIS pack to the stakeholders

- Create Annual Operating Plan as well as the Business Plan (5 years) of the company and continuous monitoring of actual performance to budget

- Regular interaction with the business/function heads & working closely with the ops teams to create insights for action planning and performance improvement

- Evolving & maintaining various dashboards to highlight business performance through operational metrics & financial analysis

- Profitability tracking till EBITDA level, across various verticals highlighting under-performance

- Monitoring and management of the Cash Budget of the organization month on month

Qualification: CA/ MBA (Finance) Top B Schools (Tier 1/ Tier 2)

Industry : Candidates from BPO industry preferred. Candidates working as Business Analyst or so.

Experience: 4-5 years post qualification
