Roles and Responsibilities

Financial Review and Analysis

- Monthly results & Outlook, Quarterly Forecast, Annual Profit Plan and 3 Years Long Range Plan review and finalisation with Cluster CFO and Asia Finance Head

- Review Cluster Performance Decks and provide qualitative inputs in Asia Performance Deck

- Leading the Consolidation process which includes Database Management; Financial Templates, Cross-overs (EBIT walk), Price Mix analysis (PMR) and Cost savings / productivity consolidation

- Review and detailed understanding of P&L, EBIT / Cost Crossovers / walk, Balance Sheet and Working capital movement

- Detailed monthly financial review of sub markets and timely closure of queries to facilitate preparation of regional Operations deck for leadership review b/w Regional CEO/CFO with Global CEO/CFO

- TCQ (Warranty) cost analysis for region and reporting to Global HQ

- Category performance analysis for region and reporting / reviews with regional Category leads

- Compilation and review of structural cost actions for region including analysis of net savings / impact to P&L and facilitating reports / inputs for Global reporting

- Leading the Consolidation process which includes Database Management;
