Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFSI

1. Build and manage financial databases by organizing a wide range of data sources, specific to 5 different BUs within the company.

2. Consolidate and analyze financial data taking into account company's goals and financial standing.

3. Present financial summary, analysis & insight in a crisp, smart & meaningful manner through MIS/dashboards to the business with a through detailed working to back the analysis.

4. Govern and report Annual Operating Plan (AOP) on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis:

a. Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts (Revenue, MRR, P&L, Expense, Cashflow)

b. Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data

c. Conduct customer and project profitability analysis

d. Perform financial analysis of the business performance specific to each unit's unique business model, pricing, revenue & margins

5. Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance to derive insights for the BU heads for timely decision making

6. Performs ad hoc analysis for executives as required

7. Assist in building financial decks for the purpose of the Board & Investor reviews
