Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFSI

Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis (FP&A) project work streams at large banks and/or insurance companies.

- Deliver high quality client solutions that meet and exceed client and expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget.

- Manage client solution delivery, including defining project approach, leading and motivating project teams, monitoring and managing project risks, managing client and key stakeholders, and successfully delivering client solutions.

- Identifying new business opportunities, including building strong client relations, understanding client needs and solution offerings, communicating client opportunities to lead, and helping develop client opportunities.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Experience:

- FP&A experience, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting (e.g., income statement forecasting, balance sheet forecasting, capital forecasting, aggregation, driver-based forecasting)

- Financial services industry experience (e.g., retail banking, commercial banking, capital markets, life insurance, property and casualty insurance) Preferred but not required

Other beneficial experience includes:

- Planning, such as strategic planning and enterprise performance management.

- Forecasting, such as financial forecast modeling (e.g., by product, investments, liabilities), stress forecasting, governance, controls, and data and technologies.
