Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFS (6-14 yrs)

looking for a Financial Analyst to provide accurate and data-based information on a company. You will research and analyze financial information to help a company make well-informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements.

- Identifying Cost Optimisation opportunities, Bench marking Cost.

- Strategic projects Manage cascade with a lot of new reports and new initiatives like consolidation & Stakeholders Management.

- Drive fund raising & business modeling, acting CFO to business & reports.

- Manage SGA budget & Project Cascade.

- Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and Excel dashboards.

- Increases productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.

- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis; identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.

- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.

- Reporting on financial performance and preparation for regular leadership reviews.

- Guide SGA cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.

- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.

- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.

- VBU related analytics and support.

- Various Reports for Board, Audit Committee & Investors.

- Identify trends, advise the company and recommend actions to a senior based on sound analysis.

- Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance Projects as assigned by Management.

- Understand and facilitate the integration of business processes, people, and relevant technology, in order to identify, configure, and communicate useful information, and to provide practical business leadership to drive business decision making across the company.

- Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management.

- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.

- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications.

- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.

- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to work independently.

- Strong fluency in Excel formulas and functions.

- MBA from the top business school

- CA with relevant experience

- CFA with experience in corporate finance
