Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (7-12 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
The Group Financial Planning and Analysis Business Partner would join and lead a new team in in Bangalore.
The individual will be working directly with the central finance team in London and closely with another new role in Bangalore.
- Supporting the management and development of the Group reporting process across all cycles (actuals, forecasts, budgets)
- Review of reported results and financial plans (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)
- Production of monthly reporting covering;
- Certain cost types (People, IT, Property etc.)
- Results to the Groups Executive Leadership Team and Board
- Results to key stakeholders (Regulators, Lenders, etc.)
- Adhoc analysis as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- CA/MBA with 6 years of work experience
- Proven track record in working international organizations
- Excellent analytical skills and precision.
- Very high proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent understanding of data in reporting tools / processes
