The FP&A Manager oversees budgeting, forecasting, and both short-term and long-term financial planning for the India legal entity. The role involves analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. The manager prepares and presents financial reports, emphasizing key performance drivers and variances. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to effectively plan and execute budgets.

- Collaborate with stakeholders on forecasts, budgets, and financial plans, including annual, quarterly, and monthly reviews.

- Ensure accuracy of financial data through reconciliations and performance analysis against forecasts.

- Prepare month-end reports, KPIs, and insights on business performance and trends.

- Support audits, create ad-hoc reports, and optimize processes through automation and standardization.

- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
