About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Manager FP&A to join our leading global fashion retail client. This is a key role offering high visibility, dynamic responsibilities, and the opportunity to partner with cross-functional leaders across the globe.

Role & responsibilities

Planning, Analysis & Business Support

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close.

- Partner with business leaders to manage P&L, drive productivity, and support strategic goals.

- Develop and track business cases and investment strategies.

- Improve forecast accuracy and model financial impacts for decision-making.

Merchandise Payable & Process Re-engineering

- Spearhead Supply Chain Financing initiatives with global vendors.

- Partner with banks and treasury on dynamic financing solutions.

- Standardize and automate key payable processes.

- Enhance controls and streamline fabric liability booking.

Project Leadership

- Lead and deliver cross-functional projects and process improvements.

- Track and analyze KPIs, ensure compliance, and enhance efficiency.

- Champion documentation and continuous improvement in financial operations.

Organizational Scope

- Regional FP&A leadership across multiple geographies: India, Hong Kong, Vietnam, China, Bangladesh, etc.

- Lead reviews with Shared Services and Functional leaders.

- Supervise junior finance professionals and drive key initiatives.

Key Experience & Skills

- 7+ years in FP&A or related finance roles (retail/apparel sourcing experience preferred)

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle, Essbase, and advanced Excel

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

- Demonstrated success working with diverse, cross-functional, and multi-country teams

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent Mandatory
