Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are hiring for Qualified CA for one of the leading client based in BKC (Mumbai).

Senior ManagerFinancial planning and analysis (FP&A).

Job Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountants or ACCA.

- Should be a team player and a go-getter person.

- Should have a proven and consistent Track record of 3+ years experience in FP&A role.

- Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills.

- Learn quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

- Builds strong working relationships and has exceptional leadership skills.

Job Overview:

- Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process.

- Manage consolidation of platform entities.

- Prepare and evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

- Study and analyze trends and forecasts to inform recommended actions.

- Establish policies and procedures that guide cost analysis.

- Support decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance.

- Monitor month-to-month execution of the plan, including revenue and expenses, expected cash flow and debt reduction.

- Aggregate and analyze financial and operational data to glean insights that direct decision-making.

- Understand the existing process of reporting and make it more robust.

- Interaction with Headquarters for periodic MIS submission.

Budget upto 20LPA.

Experience is 3 - 5 yrs
