Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis


Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and scenario planning.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management.

- Support all other enabling functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations) in their cost analysis and management activities.

- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their financial needs and provide proactive support.

- Prepare monthly sales reconciliations and submissions under the new OFG structure (Local Structure & Global Structure).

- Conduct Gross to Net analysis and reporting.

- Consolidate VEP and analyze data, providing support to the Region on queries.

- Prepare and consolidate monthly P&L statements for global reporting.

- Prepare EMB P&L and ensure adherence to established SLAs.

- Support variety submissions and other ad-hoc financial projects as required.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) roles, preferably within a manufacturing or consumer goods company.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, modeling, and visualization.

- Experience with ERP systems (e., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools (e., Hyperion, Power BI) preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- MBA or relevant professional certifications (e., CFA, CMA) preferred.
