Equity Research :

Valuation :

- Assessing the value of a company or asset using various methods like discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, etc.

Modelling :

- Building financial models to forecast a company's future financial performance.

- This includes income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Report Making :

- Preparing detailed reports based on research and analysis.

- These reports typically include recommendations on whether to buy, hold, or sell a stock.

FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) :

Budgeting :

- Creating and managing a company's budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet business objectives.

Planning :

- Developing financial plans and forecasts to guide long-term business strategy.

Business Cases :

- Analyzing potential projects or investments to determine their financial viability and impact on the company.

Analysis :

- Performing variance analysis, financial performance analysis, and other ad hoc analyses to support decision-making.

Investor Reporting/Relations :

Board Presentations :

- Preparing and presenting financial data and strategic information to the board of directors.

Fund Raises :

- Managing the process of raising capital from investors, which includes preparing pitch decks, financial projections, and other supporting materials.

Investor Presentations :

- Creating and delivering presentations to current and potential investors to communicate the company's performance, strategy, and growth prospects.

Qualifications & Experience : Qualified CMA

- 3-7 years of experience in Finance & Accounts with exposure in Valuation, Modelling, Report Making, Budgeting, Planning, Business Cases, Analysis, Board Presentations, Fund Raises, Investor Presentations
