The Manager FP&A will play a critical role in supporting in driving the company's financial planning and strategic decision-making processes. This role involves managing the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis functions, ensuring the company's financial health and alignment with its strategic goals.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and manage comprehensive financial models and forecasts.

- Prepare detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and trend analysis.

- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic reforecasts.

2. Strategic Planning:

- Develop strategic financial planning, including long-term financial projections and scenario analysis.

- Identify key financial metrics and KPIs to measure business performance and provide actionable insights.

3. Financial Reporting:

- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.

4. Business Partnering:

- Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide support in budgeting and financial planning.

- Serve as a key advisor to the executive team on financial matters.

5. Process Improvement:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial planning and analysis function.

- Leverage technology and tools to streamline financial reporting and analysis processes.

6. Risk Management:

- Assist in identifying financial risks and opportunities.

- Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks and capitalize on opportunities.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong Decision making skills.

- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning software.

- Knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
