Manager - Financial Modelling & Equity

Looking for MBA Finance/ CFA candidates from a premier B School with 2 - 4 years experience in financial modelling and valuations:

- Ability to build complex financial models from scratch for evaluating opportunities in the sector

- Conduct valuations of above opportunities

- Work on equity fund raising transactions as and when undertaken by the Company

- Working on financial models for equity and project valuations

- Work on financial feasibility for new asset acquisitions

- Work on financial structuring

- Research on real estate - domestic, international, etc.

- Support business teams on various analysis, etc. in respect of existing projects
