Manager - Financial Modeling - Healthcare (4-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- Provide sector expertise (from equity research perspective) in respective sectors

- Building and updating companies and sector financial models

- Train juniors and develop sector expertise in the team

- Independent responsibility to interact with offshore clients

- Keep abreast of important trends and developments in the relevant sectors/geographies

- Guide junior analysts in the team to better organize team's workflow, meet work quality and timelines

- Perform comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and within the team

- Provide quality data and analysis to make the research process more efficient and robust

- Any other ad hoc research

Key Skills/Experience :

- 4-10 years of equity research experience, in-depth knowledge of one or more sectors' key drivers, dynamics, trends and indicators.

- Only MBA in Finance / CA / CFA (US) / ICWA. Any progress towards CFA (US) would also be preferred.

- Should be highly proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)

- Good understanding of capital markets with excellent financial skills. A solid understanding of financial statements, ratios, accounting and valuation concepts.

- Analytical / Problem solving skills, with a logical thought process - to sort, analyse and creatively interpret large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data.

- Distinguished written and oral communications skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Good relationship management, and strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work with and coach junior team members

- Ability to critically analyze various business fundamentals

- Highly passionate about equity research and self-driven.
